Terms of Service
Last updated: October 9, 2026These terms govern your use of the nevox.ai website, the receptionist simulator and the Nevox platform (the “Service”), provided by [RAZÃO SOCIAL], [CNPJ / EIN], located at [ENDEREÇO] (“Nevox”, “we”).
By using the Service, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you use it on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to accept them for it.
1. What Nevox is
Nevox lets small businesses create an AI receptionist that answers customers, quotes prices from the business’s own price list and books appointments on channels such as WhatsApp, Instagram, website chat, email, SMS and voice. Some channels and features depend on the plan and may still be rolling out; what each plan includes is shown on the website and in the dashboard.
2. Simulator without an account
- You can build and test a receptionist with no password and no payment. To do that, you provide business and contact details. What you type is saved as you go, even if you don’t finish.
- The simulation has a message limit and doesn’t actually book anything: times and confirmations are for illustration only.
- Answers are generated by AI from the details you provided or that we read on the website you pointed to, and may contain mistakes.
- By pointing us to a website, you confirm you have the right to use its content for this purpose.
- Your return link gives access to your simulation: don’t share it.
3. Account and subscription
- Your account is created when you subscribe to a plan; you set your password after the payment is confirmed.
- Plan prices are shown on the website, in Brazilian reais (Brazil) or US dollars (United States). They may change with prior notice, effective from your next renewal.
- Billing is upfront, monthly or yearly, and renews automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime in the dashboard or through support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, with no fees or lock-in, except as provided in the guarantee.
- Payments are processed by a payment partner (such as Stripe). We don’t store your full card number.
- If a payment fails or the Service is misused, we may pause the receptionist until it’s resolved, with a notice in the dashboard.
4. Voice: minutes, usage billing and phone numbers
- Plans that include voice come with a number of minutes per month, shown on the website and in the dashboard. They apply to voice conversations in the website chat, phone calls and WhatsApp voice messages; minutes listened to and spoken count the same. Unused minutes don’t roll over.
- When your plan minutes run out, voice continues only if you have voice balance: prepaid credit, in Channels → Voice, that pays for each extra minute at the per-minute price shown in the dashboard. With no balance, voice stops until the next month. Only active subscriptions can have voice balance.
- You add balance by paying with a card (from US$ 6 or R$ 30) or turn on auto top-up: when the balance drops below the amount you choose, we charge the subscription’s card the top-up amount you set, also from US$ 6 or R$ 30. If a top-up is declined, we let you know by email and try again a few hours later. You can change the amounts or turn off auto top-up in the dashboard at any time, except while you have a paid phone number.
- The per-minute price may change with notice in the dashboard; each conversation is charged at the price in effect when it happened.
- A phone number, where available, has its own monthly fee, shown in the dashboard before purchase, and is charged for each month it was active, even if only part of it.
- Minutes beyond your plan and the number’s purchase and monthly fee come out of your voice balance; the dashboard shows the balance and every movement. The balance doesn’t expire while your subscription is active. If the subscription is canceled or remains unpaid after collection attempts, we refund the remaining balance to the payment method used for the top-ups.
- In Brazil, the carrier requires documents from the number holder (CNPJ or CPF and proof of address in the area code), and activation depends on its approval, which may take a few business days.
- If the subscription is canceled or remains unpaid after collection attempts, the number is released and is no longer yours; if you subscribe again, it may no longer be available.
- Voice conversations and calls may be recorded and transcribed, and the receptionist says so at the start. The transcript is kept in Conversations, in the dashboard.
5. 30-day money-back guarantee
- If, within 30 days of your first charge, you feel Nevox wasn’t worth it, we refund the amount of that first charge.
- To request it, email suporte@nevox.ai or use the dashboard. The refund goes back to the same payment method; how long it takes to appear depends on your card issuer.
- Once refunded, the subscription is canceled and the receptionist stops working.
- The guarantee applies once per business and doesn’t cover third-party costs you purchased separately, such as phone numbers or messages charged by carriers or Meta.
- The guarantee doesn’t limit any rights you have under applicable law.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages; deceive people or impersonate another person or business; carry out illegal activities or share offensive or discriminatory content or content that infringes others’ rights; or to bypass technical limits, probe for vulnerabilities without permission or overload the Service.
You must also follow each channel’s rules, such as WhatsApp’s, Instagram’s and SMS carriers’ policies.
7. Your information and your customers’
- You are responsible for the information you put into the receptionist (prices, services, hours and policies) and for keeping it accurate. The receptionist repeats what’s in your knowledge base and doesn’t make up prices, but AI can make mistakes; sensitive cases such as complaints, refunds and special requests are handed to you.
- In conversations with your customers, you are the controller of their data and Nevox acts as a processor, handling that data only to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Where the law requires it, you are responsible for telling your customers they are talking to a virtual assistant. On voice calls, the receptionist says so.
8. Artificial intelligence
The Service uses third-party AI models. Answers may contain inaccuracies. Platform rules prevent, for example, making up prices, asking for cards or passwords and giving medical, legal or financial advice, and you can review, correct and restrict what the receptionist says.
9. Intellectual property
The platform, the Nevox brand and Vox are ours. Your business content remains yours; you authorize us to use it only to provide the Service.
10. Availability and liability
We work to keep the Service available, but interruptions may happen, including in third-party channels and services (WhatsApp, Meta, carriers and AI providers).
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
11. Termination
You can close your account anytime. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, with notice when possible. After closure, you can request a copy of your data for 30 days; after that it is deleted or anonymized, except what the law requires us to keep.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We’ll give reasonable advance notice of important changes by email or in the dashboard; continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new version.
13. Governing law
For customers in Brazil, Brazilian law applies and the courts of [CIDADE/UF] have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the consumer’s home courts where the law guarantees it. For customers in the United States, the laws of the State of [ESTADO] apply.
